Your Responsibilities

As an Outbound Account Executive for the North American market, you will:

  1. Manage and convert inbound leads (first 6–9 months):

    • Qualify prospects and assess their needs.
    • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase value.
    • Close deals to meet inbound sales targets.
  2. Develop and lead the outbound strategy (months 7-12 and beyond):

    • Identify and target new market segments.
    • Execute outreach campaigns through emails, calls, and events.
    • Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales cycle.
  3. Support the overall sales strategy:

    • Generate new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve ambitious goals.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • Experienced: 3–6 years in sales, ideally in SaaS or tech industries, with strong expertise in outbound prospecting.
  • Skillful:
    • Organized and results-driven.
    • Strong in communication and negotiation.
    • Adaptive and eager to contribute to team success.
  • Multilingual: Fluent in English (required); French is a bonus.
  • Growth-Oriented: Motivated, curious, and committed to continuous learning and growth.
