Your Responsibilities
As an Outbound Account Executive for the North American market, you will:

Manage and convert inbound leads (first 6–9 months):
- Qualify prospects and assess their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase value.
- Close deals to meet inbound sales targets.

Develop and lead the outbound strategy (months 7-12 and beyond):
- Identify and target new market segments.
- Execute outreach campaigns through emails, calls, and events.
- Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales cycle.

Support the overall sales strategy:
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate who is:
- Experienced: 3–6 years in sales, ideally in SaaS or tech industries, with strong expertise in outbound prospecting.
- Skillful:
- Organized and results-driven.
- Strong in communication and negotiation.
- Adaptive and eager to contribute to team success.
- Multilingual: Fluent in English (required); French is a bonus.
- Growth-Oriented: Motivated, curious, and committed to continuous learning and growth.
